- Training
We offer a range of Public and In-house courses on Malcolm Baldrige Criteria and its implementation process that can be taken as a complete program, or as separate courses to suit different needs. The courses are designed to provide the specific training for which they are offered. Participants, who successfully complete the full range, will be trained sufficiently to implement a complete Malcolm Baldrige System.
The courses have been designed by experts who have experience in the criteria with some of the most reputable companies in the world. They have
the experience of having been in the trenches as well as in corner offices of industrial and commercial establishments. More importantly, they have helped both large and small companies worldwide in implementation.
- Consultancy
We will conduct our consulting to our clients preferences. We will customize our methods to meet our clients needs to guarantee their 100% satisfaction. It is our experience that the following three methods of consulting are in the greatest demand by our clients.
Supervisory Consulting
In this type of an engagement, we will help our clients plan and execute a system according to
MBNQA criteria. QIA’s consultants will train our client’s staff, coach and mentor them, and guide our clients to successful Malcolm Baldrige criteria implementation. We will perform an
Initial Assessment, train client in requirements of the criteria, organize and lead the project organization, structure the planned system, and help client develop the project plan.
Turnkey Consulting
Most of the time clients do not have the manpower necessary to design and implement a system. In those cases we perform all the services outlined above in Supervisory Consulting plus we do the system
documentation, and provide hands-on assistance in implementation.
Custom Consulting
QIA can provide custom consulting to our client’s preferences onsite or on a remote basis when a client needs specific assistance on a project. We can for instance,
go on site to perform an Initial Assessment and help client prepare a project plan. We can review documents on a remote basis, and provide advice via telephone or email. Remote consulting, however, is best when used as a follow-up after site visits.
