   “ISO 9001:2000 Handbook," with special emphasis on the Changes.- $76 with a copy of the standard, or $ 56 without a copy of the standard. (We can come on-site to give a one-day live training for $ 1000 plus expenses)
    
2. Purchase our booklet:
   “Documents needed for the transition.” This will provide templates and checklists on how to upgrade your current system. Of course, we assume that the current system is compliant with the 1994 standards. COST: only $ 156.00. Telephone consulting, if you need it, to help in your documentation is only $2.75 per minute.
    
3. Desk Review:
   The above two steps will help you draft your new documented system. You should then send us your level 1 and level 2 manuals for a desk review. We will provide you with a written report on compliance, and suggestions on any changes. You can then call us toll-free, or e-mail us for consultation on the documentation. COST: only $780.
    
4. On-site Review:
   After you have conducted your internal audit, call us for a two-day on-site review of your total system and recommendations on final steps to take before the upgrade audit. COST: only $ 1200, plus any travel expenses.
