In any industry,
variations are bound to exist that make the performance indices vary from good
to bad or bad to good. Statistical process control aims to control and
minimize this variability to the minimum extent so that any process can
perform in the predictable manner and can be controlled within the specified
range. The underlying principle of decreasing the variability is to identify
and separate a "few vital causes" from "trivial many" that lead to a
problem. By attacking the vital causes systematically, you can kill the
problem forever, thereby improving the performance of the process.
We offer 2/3 days course
on statistical process control that teaches the basic concepts and seven tools
of statistical process control. We will guide the client in selecting and
formulating the relevant projects that will improve the performance indices of
the client's company.
We
can also act as an advisory role on a routine basis to guide your team
implement the statistical process control so that maximum benefit can be
reaped out of this program.
