The QISS Early Warning Indicator (EWI) or Leading Indicators Functional Tool allows users to define factors within their data sets that can indicate elevated risk, then automatically generate alerts to perform Risk Assessments of the flagged Risk Factors. Document Management

The QISS Document Management Functional Tool allows an organization to maintain the documents in well-organized way, protect them from unauthorized access and to eliminate any delay in document process such as approval or revision change. This module meets requirements of ANSI/ASQ/ISO Q9001: 2015 clause 7.5 ‘Control of Document’, fully. It is not Just a Document Library.

The QISS Risk Based Improvement/ Initiative (RBI) Functional Tool has been developed to comprehensively assess, record and manage risks that have been identified with EWI and/ or individual risk assessments. The RBI functional tool is subdivided into Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, and Risk Prevention (mitigation). It is a complete and comprehensive tool for a company to use that ensures the best possible performance of suppliers across multiple supplier locations on a Global basis. Large user companies can use this on a global basis if they have the need to.

QISS can then prepare reports to help QISS user organization to glean useful information. User can initiate NCs and CAPA from these surveys.
  • Provide a portal to accept Customer Complaints. QISS will then help manage these complaints from the point of validation of complaint to initiating NCs and CAPAs. A powerful search engine greatly enhances the utility of this application over time.
  • Provide a portal for customers to initiate Nonconformances and/or Corrective/Preventive Actions on QISS user organization.
