The following is a case study highlighting the activities involved in setting up, implementing, and certifying a QMS with the help of QIA’s consultants and it’s QISS software.

The existing Houston Oil Country Tubular Goods heat treating and threading facility was recently purchased by the 3rd largest steel producer in the world.

This implementation lasted approximately six months, following the basic implementation strategy shown above as a unit.
